StepMax Tremolo charges sales tax for NY state customers only, based on the applicable county tax rate the order is being generated from.
International Shipping
All International orders will not be taxed, however there will be a
flat rate shipping charge of $35.00 dollars added to the order.

All shipping charges include insurance.
Warranty Policy
The StepMax Tremolo is warranted for a period of three years to original owner. If any component should malfunction, we will replace the part free of charge. Maintenance, lube and cleaning, etc, as per instructions are necessary to warrantee the Step-Max Tremolo. This warranty does not cover obvious abuse, scratches, or dents.
If for any reason within thirty days, you do not wish to keep the StepMax, you may return it undamaged for a refund which will include the cost of the Tremolo and any taxes paid.
